Cycling is absolutely trendy. Compared to the number of MVV-passengers the number of bike and ride customers increases disproportionately. This positive trend is going along with capacity problems, for which the MVV, together with the ADFC and the Radlhauptstadt Munich has developed a new approach: The ADFC-MVV-folding bike. The space needed for this in the rolling stock material can be reduced to a minimum.
