Bestandsanalyse sowie Potenzialermittlung für betriebliches Mobilitätsmanagement mit dem Fokus Radverkehr in der Kleinregion Gleisdorf.

Abstract

Betriebliches Mobilitätsmanagement in der Kleinregion Gleisdorf vor dem Hintergrund der aktiven Mobilität mit dem Schwerpunkt Radverkehr. Hier setzt die Arbeit an, Bestandsanalysen auf betrieblicher-, persönlicher und Erschließungsebene sowie darauf aufbauend eine Potenzialanalyse für die Betriebe zu erstellen. Der Zeitpunkt dafür scheint ideal, da zeitgleich das Radverkehrskonzept für diese Kleinregion erarbeitet wird. Die Ziele werden mithilfe einer umfangreichen Literaturrecherche sowie mittels Fragebögen und Interviews (zwei Experten- und ein Gruppeninterview) sowie den Ergebnissen mehrerer begleitender Gespräche erarbeitet. Zentrale Erkenntnisse sind die Tatsachen, dass der Großteil der Betriebe über firmeneigenen Parkplätze verfügt, Radabstellflächen in unterschiedlicher Qualität vorhanden sind, eines von fünf Unternehmen Diensträder anbietet und nahezu keine Maßnahmen zur Förderung des Radverkehrs im Unternehmen gesetzt werden (Stichwort: Kommunikation und Bewusstseinsbildung). Die Befragung zeigt, dass die wichtigsten Rahmenbedingungen zur Nutzung des Fahrrades im Untersuchungsgebiet überdachte und beleuchtete Radabstellanlagen in Eingangsnähe sowie das Vorhandensein einer Umkleidemöglichkeit mit Spind und Dusche sind. Sehr viele Kommentare sprechen die schlechte Radverkehrsinfrastruktur in der Kleinregion Gleisdorf sowie damit zusammenhängend ein mangelndes Sicherheitsgefühl an. Die Auswertung des Einzugsgebietes zeigt, dass firmenübergreifend 23 Prozent der Dienstnehmer*innen im direkten Einzugsgebiet des Radverkehrs (5 Kilometer Umkreis) und 36 Prozent im 10 Kilometer-Radius (Verwendung des Pedelecs) liegen. Das Pedelec wird von 1 Pedelec der Befragten im Sommerhalbjahr verwendet.The present work deals with an analysis of the current situation and the determination of potential for operational mobility management in the "Kleinregion Gleisdorf". This against the background of active mobility with a focus on bicycle traffic. The timing seems to be ideal, as the cycling concept in the "Kleinregion Gleisdorf" is being developed at the same time. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the existing situation at the company-, personal- and development level and to analyse the potential of the companies in the "Kleinregion Gleisdorf" on this basis. These objectives will be developed with the help of extensive literature research, questionnaires and interviews (two expert interviews and one group interview) as well as the results of some meetings.The central findings of this work are the facts that the majority of companies have their own car-parking spaces. Bicycle-parking spaces of varying quality are available, one out of five companies offers company-owned bicycles and almost no measures are taken to promote bicycle traffic within the company (keywords: communication and raising awareness). The survey shows that the most important frame conditions for the use of bicycles in the study area are roofed and illuminated bicycle parking facilities near the entrance. Furthermore the presence of a chancing room with lockers and showers. A large number of comments address the poor cycling infrastructure in the "Kleinregion Gleisdorf" and the associated lack of sense of security. The evaluation of the catchment area shows that 23 per cent of employees across the companies are in the direct catchment area of cycling (5 km radius) and 35 per cent in the 10 kilometers radius (for the use of pedelecs). The pedelec is used by 1 per cent of the respondents in the summer half-year.
