Dem Klimawandel ko-kreativ begegnen!

Abstract

Der Klimawandel betrifft innerstädtische Quartiere besonders. Um souverän mit dessen Folgen umgehen zu können, braucht es sowohl die Widerstands- als auch die Veränderungsfähigkeit der Räume und Akteur:innen. Deshalb erprobte das Forschungsprojekt iResilience kollaborative Planungsformate. Durch sie sollen neue Kooperationen zwischen lokalen Akteur:innen angestoßen und dem Klimawandel vor Ort begegnet werden. Zentrales Format im Projekt sind die lokalen Aktionsgruppen (LAG). Mit den LAGs Kasemattenstraße für Morgen und der Wasser-Tanke werden die Bandbreite des Formates und die Unterschiede in den Arbeitsprozessen dargestellt. Anschließend wird reflektiert, inwiefern das Konzept der LAG in der (Projekt-)Praxis anwendbar ist. Im Fokus steht dabei die Relevanz der (Klima-)Betroffenheit vor Ort, die Bedeutung einer Umsetzungsperspektive sowie das Vorhandensein einer vermittelnden Instanz innerhalb des LAG-Prozesses.Climate change particularly affects inner-city neighborhoods. In order to be able to deal with its consequences, both resilience and capacity for change of spaces and actors are highly needed. Therefore, the research project iResilience experiments with collaborative planning formats. The aim is to initiate new co-operations between local actors and to face climate change locally and collectively. The main format in the project is that of local action groups (LAG). The LAGs Kasemattenstraße für Morgen and Wasser-Tanke present the range of the format and the differences in the work processes. Subsequently, the article reflects on the extent to which the LAG concept is applicable in (project) practice. The focus is on the relevance of the local climate affectedness, the importance of an implementation perspective and the existence of a mediating body within the LAG process.
